INTERNAL GRINDING WHEEL

The recommended wheel for internal grinding has a diameter of up to ⅔ of the final bore required. For grinding inside surfaces of bearings, rings,
cylinders, and bores. Internal grinding wheels are available in sizes up to 6” (150mm) in diameter. Types: 1 | 5 | 6.7 Abrasive types: WA, RA, AS,
PA, GC. Special abrasive types are available

DRESSING  STICK

Dressing of a grinding wheel has three main functions: truing (bringing to concentricity), dressing (opening the wheel face so that dull abrasive
grains are replaced by sharp ones) and imparting a form into the wheel (step, radius or specialty).
A grinding wheel is dressed to improve or alter its cutting action. The dressing action removes the outside layer of dulled abrasive grains and any
loading of metal or foreign material that the wheel may have picked-up, thereby presenting new and sharp grains to the work.
Dressing sticks are used primarily in offhand dressing of diamond and CBN wheels and for general deburring of tools and ground or machined
parts

DESCRIPTION  KITKAT FUSE

RASHEED & SONS INDUSTRIES Kit-Kat Fuse are made from Pure materials including good quality porcelain & copper/brass parts. The
ceramic is sand fine-grain ceramic. The ceramic is non-porous and has high electrical & mechanical strength. The current-carrying copper
& brass components are Pure and Robust capable of carrying their rated current. The copper strip is made from ETP (Electrolytic Tough
Pitch) grade Copper. None of the components/parts are made of steel/iron.
